This journey of transformation is comprised of three sections:
1. Know and Love Yourself
The first step is to fully understand who you are: your essence and your survival mechanisms. You will deepen your self-love by learning to practice embodiment, self-care, and self-compassion.
2. Release the Unwanted Past
After clarifying who you are, and what your goals are, you will set clear intentions and continue your inner work. Together, we will identify and release the beliefs, fears, shame, defenses, and self-sabotaging habits that are currently bringing undesired experiences into your dating life and relationships.
3. Learn the Right Dating & Relationship Skills
After "cleaning house" by releasing what is not working, you will be filled up many helpful skills and strategies. You will learn how to magnetize the right people into your life, how to use modern dating tools effectively, and skills to express yourself and communicate your desires, needs, and boundaries. We will dive deep into masculine/feminine polarity and how to be in a relationship with a healthy masculine man. You will have a renewed loving relationship with yourself and be primed and ready to have a lasting, loving relationship.
As your coach, you can expect me to:
- Provide resources, safety, encouragement, acknowledgment, and support
- Be a partner in bringing out the deepest, truest, and best version of you
- Respect the confidentiality of the agreements we make
- Expand your view of what is possible and promote the discovery of new insights
- Give you input, straight feedback, and guidance
- Listen carefully to what you say and ask questions that increase awareness
As my client, I expect that you will:
- Prioritize your commitment and attend all scheduled sessions (barring true emergencies)
- Stay current with completing course videos and assign action items
- Show up to coaching sessions authentically and remain open and honest, even when pain, discomfort, sadness, anger, or resistance come up. You will be lovingly supported, and we will work through those feelings together, as needed.
- Be open to feedback
- Take financial responsibility for your coaching and pay invoices upon due dates
- Use the available resources, including my online courses, and recommended podcasts, books, and movies
- Keep any information shared by others in group sessions confidential
- Reach out honestly when you need help or when something is not working for you
COACHING SESSIONS
This coaching program includes 12 group sessions (plus bonus embodiment practices) to be experienced over three months. These sessions will be 60-90 minutes in duration.
In between regularly appointed coaching sessions, you may reach out to me for help, guidance, or support. This is not a bother to me at all, and I encourage you to stay connected to your coach and community to enhance and anchor the benefits of your coaching.
The best way to reach out to me in between sessions is to send a direct message inside the community in the "Love Coach in my Pocket" app.
PRIVATE ACCESS
You will receive a username and password to access the back end of my website, where you can access the following:
- Calendar - view, schedule, or reschedule appointments
- Invoices - view and pay invoices and receipts
- Review and update your personal information
- Complete forms including personal history, goals, pre- and post-session feedback, and more
You will also gain access to my "Love Coach in my Pocket" app. This is where you will find the following:
- Learn tab - Access to video courses, guided meditations, and embodiment practices
- Community tab - Communicate with other group members, find and share additional resources, and direct message me and other members
- Habit tracking - track your mood daily, as well as your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being habits
- Profile tab - Update your name and photo, view activity history, streaks, and achievements
THE SYSTEM OF MONEY
The total of our group coaching agreement is $997 if paid in full, or 3 payments of $365.
Cultivating the life and love life you desire is a process. I commit to the price above for 12 weeks, and you commit to staying in the process for at least 12 weeks and completing all 12 sessions.
CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY
This agreement is not a binding contract. You are free to cancel your membership at any time. You may request for a refund for any future sessions you've paid for, but won't be completing.
THE SYSTEM OF CONFIDENTIALITY
The Coach represents, warrants, and agrees as follows:
All information provided by the Client to the Coach during the course of the coaching relationship will be deemed "Confidential Information" and kept strictly confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Coach will not disclose any communications, either verbal or written, that have taken place either between the Coach and the Client or with regard to this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Client.
This confidentiality restriction also applies to testimonials, which the Coach may use for promotional reasons only with the consent of the Client. The Client may request anonymity in connection with any testimonials to be used.
You are required to keep any information provided by other group members strictly confidential as well.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, "Confidential Information" does not include information that is:
- Previously known to the Coach prior to discussions regarding this Agreement, free from any obligation to keep it confidential, or
- Publicly disclosed by the Client either prior to or subsequent to the receipt by the Coach of such information, or
- Independently developed by the Coach without any access to Confidential Information, or
- Rightfully obtained by the Coach from a third party lawfully in possession of Confidential Information who is not bound by confidentiality obligations to the Client.
The Coach may disclose Confidential Information if required to do so under applicable law, rule, or order; provided that the Coach, where reasonably practicable and to the extent legally permissible, provides the Client with prior written notice of the required disclosure. The Coach will return, or at the Client's request, destroy all copies of the Confidential Information in the Coach’s possession or control upon termination of this Agreement.
